Complete the online service request below with as much detail as possible. A GoldStar Homes representative will contact you to review your concerns and take appropriate actions. We promise to respond promptly to your request.

The sub-contractor responsible for the repair will contact you to set up an appointment. Please note that appointments for warranty work are available between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Emergencies are rare, but if one occurs please call our warranty office during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. In the event of an after-hours emergency, please refer to the Emergency Phone List sticker inside your kitchen cabinet or the vendor list in your closing packet.
